  • Experiment designs are experience-based, coupled with numerous trial and error experiments.
  • Paper-based experiment schemes and records are lack of standardization, and being stored separately, making historical data difficult to be retrieved and re-utilized.
  • During the discussion phase of the scheme, the resource status cannot be obtained in time, which affects the experimental execution of the scheme (such as instruments, equipment, materials, etc.)

Our Solution

Back in 2019, Chembraod Chemical Research Institute (a subsidiary of Chembraod Holding Group) has already collaborated with Neotrident. Chembraod Chemical Research Institute successfully launched multiple digital R&D systems like  the Electronic Lab book (ELN) and Project Management system (PM), due to the remarkable operation of the system, soon expanded the coverage of the system in the second phase of the project. The initial practice of the digital solution of Neotrident Technology in Chembroad Chemical Research Institute has also laid the foundation for the construction of the group-wide project led by the Group.

In March 2023, Shandong Jingbo Holding Group Science and Technology innovation laboratory management platform project was successfully implemented. The project plan relies on the construction of three platforms from digital research and development to intelligent innovation, among which the iLabPower research and development digital platform involves experimental record management (electronic laboratory record ELN), reagent inventory management (CIMS), instrument and equipment management, scientific research database management, analysis and testing process management and other functional modules. The overall construction objectives of the project include:

All R&D projects are associated with experimental records, analysis and testing processes to achieve the whole workflow management of research and development projects.

  1. Refined management of R&D process
  • Connecting R&D data recording with sample analysis process, to meet the R&D data recording and sample delivery process management.
  • Realize the whole life cycle management of reagents/consumables, promote the rational utilization of low-frequency reagents, reduce safety risks, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Realize the whole life cycle management of instruments and improve the utilization rate of instruments and equipment.
  1. Scientific research database management

The generation and retrieval of scientific research information database can realize the correlation between the compounds produced in the research and development process and its related information, and effectively protect the intellectual property rights of enterprises.

  1. Digital intelligent platform

To realize the fusion and traceability of scientific research data, the construction and management of data genome, the construction of data components in the fields of analysis technology, process engineering and other fields, the use of spectral database model for unknown object prediction, substance attribute identification, process simulation pilot project applications.
